Evans Drive

The Evans Drive Project was a mid-century modern first-floor renovation of a tri-level house in Boulder. The design maximized all available space to return more functional space than before the remodel without adding additional square footage. The creative reallocation of space enabled an open kitchen, dining room, and living room space with the addition of a large pantry and half bath. This design was an NKBA Peak Award Finalist.
