Mariposa Avenue

The Mariposa Avenue Project was a complete first-floor renovation of a 1942 home near historic Chautauqua Park. All the interior walls came down to unfold a bright and open space. A quaint lounge area was added adjacent to the kitchen as a perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous view of the Boulder Flatirons.
