The Laurel Avenue Project was a first-floor renovation of a mid-century modern home in Boulder. The new design involved removing the interior walls that previously defined a confined kitchen, dining, and living room. The addition of red birch cabinets on the kitchen perimeter and painted cabinets on the island, combined with the sleek backsplash, transformed this space into a beautiful and welcoming retreat for a family of four.
